Eyecon are over the moon to have been shortlisted for two EGR awards!
The first award was for the EGR B2B Awards for the Safer Gambling Supplier Award, and the second was for the EGR Marketing and Innovations Awards for the Supplier Marketing Campaign Award. To be shortlisted for both of these awards is an honour and a proud achievement for us. Both of these shortlists were for our Eyeconcierge product.
Eyeconcierge was developed in partnership with our friends at Future Anthem. It is an innovative and forward-thinking piece of technology that allows us to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to customer interaction. Rather than contacting a player after they have exited a game, our AI powers real time exit predictions on our games after every spin, recommending a personalised interaction, with the correct bonus value for every player that meets the engagement criteria. The player’s gameplay is not interrupted at all, any free spins awarded by the engine simply need to be accepted by the player with one click, then they are seamlessly taken to their Free Spins.
Our real time, in-game interaction engine provides a hyper-personalised player experience. Eyeconcierge is able to make decisions quickly by identifying different player types. Our AI system defines a behavioural model using around 75 derived data features and uses these to decide whether or not to take action. Not only can our clients feed their own player exclusion lists into the system, but it will also identify new players that it deems could be at risk, and will automatically exclude these players from any messaging, ensuring an additional layer of protection.
Simply put, Eyeconcierge personalises game engagement and adds customer protection using data science.
